Old or new version of the plug-in? (I suppose 2004 is a hint but I'm on a phone right now and can't look at files). Modern or Classic style?

I can remember there were some issues with this plugin and I made some fixed version for one of my installers.
But I cannot download this plugin any more (antivirus shows error) and the sources are so old I cannot open them in Visual Studio 2008 (I do not have any older version of VS as I am migrating everything to VS 2010/2019...).
