Hello to all,
how is it possible to contact the administrator of a Shoutcast Radio if there is no link?

If your talking about a Dj of a Radio station you may have to wait till they announce their website. if your talking about a Shoutcast hosting service you may have to do some research to find the owner.

yep, it's not obvious because when I click on the link, it redirects to nothing but my localhost...
It's funny because, there is only one listener:

a lot of DNAS servers are setup in the way that you're seeing in that there's no means to contact the station (which is liked by some broadcasters so they can remain anonymous, etc). SHOUTcast has no means to contact the stations either so unless you can find an associated website / social media contact then there's not much you're going to be able to do to contact them.
