502 Bad Gateway

Anyone else also getting this error since yesterday?

Shoutcast just stumbles from one error to the next at the moment.

the result to me is that the shoutcast control panel says "no stream available". Not shoutcast listen or Radionomy player is working.

Just shows that they have no support network in place. It's still down 24 hours later.

UPDATE: I've rebooted our server and it appears to be working again. For now.

Error message has gone but the Shoutcast Directory is empty.

Maybe it's the radio equivalent of an exit scam

FOUR DAYS LATER and they still haven't fixed their directory..

Yep.... same problem as you guys here on our DNAS 2.60 build 750 server. It's very upsetting that this hasn't been resolved as yet.

FIVE DAYS and still no fix. It appears they have no support structure in place.

I've resorted to messaging their owners on Twitter.

Same situation here, it started broking yesterday. I generated other AuthHash, restarted, nothing is working.

He passes on the error and apologizes for the inconvenience.

BTW: 502 Bad Gateway is a server-side error, so I suppose this error is in Shoutcast service.

Hope they can push them in to doiing something.

I suggest you all contact @Radionomy on Twitter to "voice your opinion" (I have!).

Appalling service. I've been working in commercial and BBC radio for 30 years and I've never come across a less professional "broadcast" company.

I've removed the Shoutcast directory updates for now. Most people connect via our website anyway but it was nice to get new fans in via the Shoutcast Directory. When it worked..

You have to imagine that I am in contact with Targetspot Germany.
Since I come from Germany, I contacted this contact person directly and also addressed the YP problem.

Hello, fellow Broadcasters!

It seems as if our voices have been heard as it appears the issue may have been fixed. I'm not getting the 502 bad gateway errors as of this writing. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the fix is lasting.

Looks like the issue is back! Here's what I'm seeing:

I have had this error since today
