visual skin browser

had this idea while clearing out some skins.

it would make skin management much easier if the skin browser had a preview window of some kind and instead of switching to a selected skin when we click on it we could get a preview and then click apply.

also, it would be great if classic and modern skins were in two separate sub menus, or maybe just grouped separately, instead of the current mix of both types.
