Seeker Bar - FIll up a bar?

Is it possible to have instead of just having somthing move across the slider that if fills up?

I have 1 idea to get a long slider thumb that would be long enough to fill up the whole thing and just have a layer that goes On top of the slider to the left of the slider so it goes under that and looks like its filling it up. If that makes any sense what so ever.

is there a better way of doing this? and if I do do this way would the handle be at the middle of the thumb? I could counter balance it by adding transparent stuff on the right.

Yes, there is a better way. Try this script: regionseek. Use the previous post and this tutorial for info.
And you may probably use
PHP Code:
  <ProgressGrid
    x
="x" y="y"

w="w" h="h"

orientation="orientation"

middle="image"

/>
look in Winamp/Skins/Modern Skin/XML/player-normal-group.xml lines 975 - 1028
