[BUG] Winamp 5.8 doesn't remember window position

Well, that's about it, Winamp 5.8 does not remember the widow position and layout after you close it. the next time you open it, it will not start in the same layout it was when it was closed and you have to re-arrange the windows again. it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

No problem here.
I have 2 Win 10 and 1 Win XP installs of 5.8
The size, position and layout of the windows are always remembered.
