Please help me install DFX Audio Enhancer

Hi, I'm trying to install DFX Audio Enhancer on Windows 10 x64.

The driver won't install, I get small popups at the end of the installation saying things like "dfxsetupdrv.cpp", or "failed to set driver icon", nothing really useful.

The installation itself finishes, but there is no DFX audio device in "playback devices" so the driver definitely didn't install.

Any ideas how to get this working?
