Does Shoutcast subscription option or a way to require a login?

Hello - I'm very new to Shoutcast. I'm running Winamp/Shoutcast on a local Windows 10 installation to serve an internal campus network. I need a way to require a login in order to listen to a stream? Does Shoutcast have that option? I haven't been able to find anything in the documentation.
