I need bass!

Does anyone know of any programs or plug-ins that would allow me to adjust the bass and treble so when I burn them to a CD the new settings will stay? The same idea as the DEE plug in but with perment effects. Thanks!

No, but I know that if you set the bass/treble on your speakers/hifi equipment it'll have that effect...

I'm pretty sure "Dee" is still working when you open up your winamp player, it's just in the background.....is that right? anyone now for sure?

so... essentially you want to burn your mp3s (or whatever) to CD with added bass...

Although I don't find this practice kosher, you could always set the EQ settings and then use the wave writer plugin. The wav will have the added bass and then you can just burn the wavs to CD. I think this works with DSP plugs as well, although I can't remember. Feel free to contradict me.

?

i wouldn't suggest burning anything with added bass becuase what ever you play it on you'll have to turn down the bass, else it will just sound like crap. You should just burn it regularly and turn up the bass on the player.

that's right.

if you REALLY want to up the bass, you can get a freeware sound editor (most of them support mp3 now), up the bass on that and save the file... not recommended however...

Ture but I've burned a few cds back in the day when I didnt know h9ow the added bass was present, but then when I went to play them. I would always hear crackles and pops becasue of the extra bass, thus making it sound like shit.

Just config the hardware settings on whatever is playing them.

"Welcome to the Island of people who know too much."..."Did you really think balloons would stop him?!"
See what I'm listening too.
