getting dialogue box "open or save"

I have seen answers to this thread from early this century, so nothing that address windows 10. I recently installed winamp 5.8. each time i try to play a stream on shoutcast, i get a dialogue box that asks me if i want to open or save. i want to do neither. i just want to click on the station and listen. What do I need to do?
