MP3 to USB problem

I've recently tried to copy some mp3's to my new mp3 player (intenso video driver) via winamp's "Send to:" feature. But Winamp didn't copy all mp3's and said that some files were incompatible to the target device.

I can copy the mp3's myself, by the way, and they play just fine.

I think the problem is another software I use. To convert audio and video files I use Format Factory. And it seems that Winamp won't copy any mp3 I've converted with this.

Is there anyone else with this problem?
Is there a way to fix it?
Can you give me a link to a similiar software like Format Factory (converts multiple files, to various formats)?
