Hey i was at their site reading all about it and it didnt say whether we can be a DJ and broadcast to my own server, on my computer. Do you know if that is possible? I think it can be done but not sure? If it is possible and i have my own server do i have to have other people broadcast to me? I want to worry about my self and not others. I want to do all the work, so is it possible?

Yeah you can do that.
If its all on the one machine, just run the 32-bit version of the server, and winamp, and in the plugin section, use localhost as the ip address to broadcast to.
Then anyone wanting to listen can just connect to your machine and the stream will connect them.
