m3u code into webplayer

Hi everyone
Hope someone can help.

I am trying to place an m3u shoutcast stream into a webplayer without success.

the stream is http://yp.shoutcast.com/sbin/tunein-...3u?id=99417277

But all players want you to use ip address

ort.

Is anyone familiar with a webplayer that can handle this stream or am I forgetting some code to make this work.

webplayers use stream urls, so you have to look at that m3u:

the address to put in the webplayer is "http://210.50.11.239:8000/;" a semicolon is requred to prevent the dnas from serving index.html to the player.

No , the adress to use in a webplayer is

Thanks for the reply.

Now my other question is I've been informed by an ios app administrator that I need to host a .m3u on my website so he can link it to his app.

Something like www.themixaustralia.com/listen.m3u

how do I go about doing this?

I'm still learning all this stuff about shoutcast and how it all works. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

A m3u is a pre-made code list of songs you put there via program or notepad by using a msu file which you can also tie in the vlc web player into hfs.
