I liked to go over there for somewhat intelligent musings.

Maybe the new oldcomers can drop in and help out with the stubbornness of idiocy in this place?

Here is an update on the topics raised by this thread:

1) The DB (or part of it) for the PabUK forums are buggered, and it will be a little while till Pab can fix them, as he is the only admin who has sufficient access levels to do this. He is currently sunning himself in Portugal, so internet connection is tricky.

2) I am back, for 3 weeks at least. I have been missing for the last month or so becuase of my moving house, and then my ISP cocking up my modem delivery (I still haven't actually recieved it).

3) Fuck you Bizznatch

I have used part of that Tao selection in a backstage post in the past about some of the goings on in this place, no lie.

It's an Ibanez RG321 all in black for the modest price of $250. I don't actually have any pictures right now, but I will later today.

The Tao Te Ching is one of the best books on leadership and government, as well as many other things, ever written. The Stephen Mitchell is the one that changed my life greatly, and the best for these modern times I find.

I still leave my offer up for you guys to use my forum if you'd like to chat. I'd even be willing to add another forum/database if need be, since I doubt everyone is interested in music. A lot of people from Pab's have already signed up there, so it's not too lonely.

September is just too far away for nobody to have a place to talk... just trying to help :\

sent this to pab:

"forums are down! what is a sammy to do? just letting you know, I hope you get this message."

He wrote back yesterday:
"Thanks. Trying to sort it out now, with a degree of difficulty.

Pab."
so, hopefully, things'll be on track soon.

Um... I'll still be around here, don't know if that counts for anything. I'm sure some of the others will stay too now that they see it's calmed down a little bit.
