Incantation to Quit Winamp from MAKI

I have been unable to find either an incantation to quit Winamp or to close the current window in a MAKI script. Is this possible, and if so what is the incantation.

If you have a standard close button on your skin, define that in your script and then when you need to trigger it do something like...

close.leftclick();

Would have the effect of a left click press on your button defined as 'close'

You can adapt that for other specific windows depending on your buttons, don't have a close button?, do a dummy 0x0 sized button and hide it outside the boundy of your skin, or under a non transparent layer or something.

To close the current window you can use the cleaner Container.close();

but he wants to close winamp itself. so the button click stimulation is the only method.

OK, this has been resolved. I have setup my skin so all of the standard windows appear whenever Winamp starts. This prevents inexperienced users from causing problems with subsequent users by closing windows.

Think you can also make studio.xnf read only... maybe that's usefull for your skin too

ClassicPro© v2.01 : This plugin allows you to use cPro skins in Winamp. ClassicPro skins are all SUI skins and loads very quickly. ClassicPro skins is even easier to skin than Winamp Classic skins. A new layout have been added since version 2.
Download ClassicPro© ==== cPro Skins ==== ClassicPro© Homepage ==== SC Forums
