Shoutcast.com is blocked in Iran (what are the solutions to get around it in winamp?)

Hello guys

I've been a winamp user for more than 5 years, but recently i'm trying to listen to some internet radios.
Unfortunetly, shoutcast.com is blocked in iran. I can listen to stations once I fire up my VPN, open shoutcast.com, grab the pls file, then open it with winamp.
In that case, even if I close my VPN connection, winamp can connect to different stations, if I have the files.

But I wanted to have the winamp browser show shoutcast.com without the need of VPN connection, so I could tune in fastly. it's really a pain to connect/disconnect to a vpn.


Does anyone have a solution that could help me out? that would be really awesome. It's frustrating the I don't have access to shoutcast.com and it's directory.
