I have the problem that when I want to reproduce format compressed WAV, carried out with the sound tape recorder of Windows, message does not reproduce and goes out it: name of the song winamp stopped

This maybe? (re: playback of mp3-layered riff wav's)

Or if it's anything to do with your screenshot, then you can't save shoutcast streams to disc with the default distribution of winamp. See forum rules re: streamripping
