Benutzername und Passwort von Listen.pls

Moin Leute ,

Gruss
MAD

the issue is most likely that dieoschies is using the v2 DNAS and VLC to try to play the stream without having obtained an authhash for the stream as per http://wiki.winamp.com/wiki/SHOUTcas...ash_Management.

if the stream is not wanted to be listed in the Directory, then setting publicserver=never or changing the flag in the connected Source will allow the client connection to work.

firstly, i've had to delete your authhash as it should _never_ be posted publically and is now deemed as compromised. you'll need to delete it from your config file and re-create it.

secondly, delete the streampath line - that will cause some players to not play the stream (which is mp3 from a quick check when it was running).

i wasn't able to access the details of the stream before it disappeared so i cannot confirm what may / may not be happening when a client tries to play the /listen.pls?sid=# link.

you need to make sure there is a streamid_1=1 line in your config file and then restart the DNAS after that has been added - there is a bug in the public build of the DNAS which can cause it not to see the authhash all of the time (as it should _not_ have to be re-created all of the time).

okay thanks DrO

but I have one problem with the Shoutcast player. If I change the song, it hooks for a few seconds, until the listener press pause and play again.

Thanks again for all your help

until an updated version of the DNAS is released to work around that issue with the site player, it will keep doing that (is because it doesn't like in-stream title updates). as long as the stream works correctly in proper media players then that is the main thing to focus on.
