Source Disconnection

How do I set it so that if I broadcast live on Winamp from my XP computer that if it gets disconnected my dedicated server's source stream reconnects and establishes itself so my shoutcast server doesn't have downtime?

What is available on the remote server to source the DNAS?

A Winamp/DSP combo? sc_trans? Other?

It is an sc_trans server (on the dedicated fbsd end) and then I disconnect that in order to run the live stream from the XP computer via Winamp/DSP. If the XP goes down.. is there any way to have the shoutcast (sc_trans) resume itself? Also what about having it so the songs do not ever repeat (like my playlist is set to play shuffle but at times I hear the same artist over and over again every few songs)
