Can someone tell me? I could get all the way up to the last level in under 15 minutes... So... I think I deserve to know...
I'll beat it on my SNES tomorrow and let you know how it turns out.

I think the shortest I've beat Halo (from star to finish on legendary) is like 6 hours.

emulators dont count. unfair computer advantage could be at play. you gota use the funky square controller or the slightly rounded one from the second release of the NES.

Also, he used an emulator for it. Slowed it down to 1/30th speed, and saved often when it got hard.

He said so on his site.

The site is here: http://soramimi.egoism.jp/emu.htm

and here's a Japanese to English Babel Fish translation:

Quote:
Basic explanation. First from FAQ

ƒYƒ‹ it has done?
-> ƒYƒ‹ it has done. Dropping to 1/30 seconds with emulator, it is moving.
During movie recording saving and loading are recorded over again.
When foreward the dangerous place it saved and failed, it is the feeling such as the load.
Looking at this movie, "the game already it sows, if it becomes, to here it reaches the point where it is possible it is! "
In order with to smash the dream of the pure person who is thought, you think that there is no excuse very.
You write in advance, it should, was.

As for with the eddy zone of 8W not being carried off in the hand?
-> Choosing the frame where the hand does not come out, you have evaded.

1 - Although it does not turn to the reverse side with white block of 3, entering to the room of the whistle, the ‚é?
-> It can turn to the reverse side even under lever tilt. It moves ƒ}ƒŠƒI even with operation under lever tilt because,
After inserting under the truth for a while, B it has rushed under tilt.
When you see carefully, it turns to the reverse side securely with right hand edge of white block.

Time indication becomes fast and/or has become slow?
-> It is the processing falling which occurs the case of the scroll of the picture. The inside of P rushing especially is extreme, is.

Tank 1 "? "Hitting against the spanner immediately before the blocking, the ‚é?
-> As for the emulator movie you think that with the notion that where, you can understand, just operation is recorded.
It is suspicious, but it does not hit. The fact that it did not hit is miracle, but.

Outside the picture of tank 2 being soon, hitting against the cannon, the ‚é?
-> It is the same as the explanation above. The fact that it did not hit is favor of the system of the game.
It is not understood well, but outside the picture it seems that decision of ƒ}ƒŠƒI goes out.

ƒNƒbƒp dies with the fire?
-> As for ƒuƒ“ƒuƒ“ fire 5 departure, it can push down ƒNƒbƒp with 35 shots.

8 - As for the clear panel of 1 being possible and taking the saw?
-> As conjectured, the star is evaded in order to avoid 5UP.

8 as for end of the strongholds the wall with the one which it comes out being quick?
-> Because the wall the one which it does not come out was quick, this was chosen.

Opinion

With we would like to try thing and the recent free software which are said, (microsoft Windows Media Encorder and TMPEGenc etc.)

Such animated picture being completed for the sake of, it published.

We think in the people who think that it is the play by the hand of the person seriously without excuse very much.

In addition, in this one it is not if emulator to be able to make the picture which intently overtakes time attack or,

We would like to try looking at ƒ}ƒŠƒI which moves ideal, that there was also wish.

Acknowledgement we would like to ask the fact that this plan has started from such lapse.

There is no excuse in the postscript.

After, comment of production person

Being just a little to remember.
When you read as the 3rd person being funny, or the origin thinking.
Also pride enters, but well there is no such an opportunity rarely because,
It becomes the ƒCƒ„ƒ~ ‚Á ‚Û ‚_, but the ‚Ô ‚Á ‚¿‚á ‚¯ ‚Ä we have decided to write.

In ƒXƒŒ of 2 in ƒ}ƒŠƒI and simultaneous, ”ê bee ƒm[ƒ~ƒXƒ€ƒr and,
Adding ƒeƒgƒŠƒXƒfƒXƒ‚[ƒhƒNƒŠƒA of the ant mosquito it was pasted.
Is with like below the thing occasionally was happened to see with entry.
It meaning that the log does not remain the ‚¤ ‚ë remembering.

Therefore as for >> ƒ}ƒŠƒI postscript there is no many thing.
Method of clearing ƒfƒXƒ‚[ƒh considerably is a value from that.

When it is flesh fell, knowing, it is ‚é thing, but.
I ƒfƒXƒ‚[ƒhƒNƒŠƒA is possible, it is with Good Heavens.
Don't you think? the ‚Á ‚Ä you say, or well enough master Gm of early one and kana it is are.
So, the Tet lith doing, the ‚é people with most acquaintances,
Also the prayer of that ƒfƒXƒ€ƒr is the acquaintance.
It is with as for him 2nd of large death enormously with arm which also lap is clear ƒQ[ƒ}[,
To tell the truth no mistake of the Ӑ bee does receiving that request, being to produce.

When it tries thinking, the world is narrow.
By the way rather than making ƒ}ƒŠƒI, clears death the method which
Seriously saying, being, it increases the fact that you say. By his caught 2 years and.
Because as for ƒGƒ~cƒ€ƒr as for making it is simple, don't you think?. Time just is required.

‚Á ‚Ä with feeling.

Evenif it we're sped up, he would still have to do all the actions shown in quick speed, which is highly difficult. Ever see the video of the wolrd's greatest tetris player?

No the vidio was done in real time, then speeded up.

So he took about 14 mins, and then they doubled the speed.

Here's some more junk about the video.

If it was slowed down, and used tons and tons of save states, but that's all.. that means it IS possible, if you can find a dude with the reflexes
