Winamp not reading ReplayGain tags on mp3s

FLACs get read, MP3s do not.
in_mp3 v4.103

Maybe whatever wrote them did so in a way that Winamp can't read.
If you want to read the ReplayGain tags in Winamp, you might have to write them in Winamp.
And you might have to remove the old ones first.
