Sleeping over rated?

How good or bad and how much do you sleep?
I love to sleep,most times but I can't when I have to!
Usually about 8-12 hours.
One night without sleep I cannot function, and believe me when I say cannot function!

The whole point of my life is to sleep really. Unfortuantely I have to work sometimes. During days when I have an early start I get from 5-6 hours sleep. Otherwise I like to get a good 10+ hours in.

I don't sleep much.
Have to usually before work tho.

I am so important I feel the need to let it be known like a liberal discovering the internets for the first time. Uh hur hur hur. I also wash myself with a rag on a stick.

And On that day, the Lords of the land said unto their Master Architect, "The temple you have made to the gods of Wasabi and Maki has brought us no great prosperity" and they sent out him into the lands.

As he traveled to a far off land, he found he wasn't traveling alone, but that he had gained companions, and when they found their new land, they started work on a new temple, one that would be OPEN to all who wanted to worship.

I can't belive those of you that are getting so little sleep. I am in exams this week and so my sleep time has increased due to all the time left at the end and personally I feel alot better for it. I was watching a program about it and this scientist got a school in ammerica to start @ 10 instead of 8 and every1's grades went up dramatically. So there is good hard proof that you should sleep - and a damn good excuse 2 sleepin @ work!

This -> , <- is a "comma". It's an example of "punctuation". Punctuation will be your friend if you're nice to it by using it once in a while.

=P

I usually get about 8 hours sleep - 12 til 8am - when I'm working, and about 9-10hrs when I'm not working. Like others, I sleep when I'm tired, and wake when I'm not. I don't have a schedule for it.

Peace.

I don't sleep more than 5 to 6 hrs a night. Often I sleep 4 or so,
but then I will take one day and laze out and sleep.

I try to get 7 to 8 hours a night these days. I use to be a lot worse, about 6 hours/night. My problem now is that I have to start getting up earlier, but I still don't go to bed that early. Need to fix that.

Well, I just accidentally took a 6 hour nap in the middle of the day so now I'm screwed. I'm going to have to "power sleep" tonight

I wish I could sleep more. During the week, I usually get about 4 hours of sleep a night. I have to get up at 5:30 every morning for work. It sucks. On the weekends, it varies. Like this morning, I slept until 11:30 or so. It was great.
