Advanced Search Functions
Hello, I have recently started using Winamp to play music and such, and I was wondering if there was a feature that I had overlooked that would allow me to do a more advanced search that includes boolean operators or something similar. For example if I would like to search and find all my music that is by The Glitch Mob and all my music from Mat Zo at the same time I would expect to type: The Glitch Mob && Mat Zo and this string would bring up all music that is associated with The Glitch Mob and all the music associated with Mat Zo. I hope that this explanation was satisfactory for what I am trying to accomplish. Thank You

Hi mrmatt,
Use your browser's find function to search for references to "search" in Winamp's help pages and preferences guide (Help Main link in menu bar at the top of page). There are instructions on how to turn on the advanced search fields in the Media Library and other bits of useful info. Read the info linked below on advanced title formatting. http://media.winamp.com/main/help/50/atf/atf.htm Windows 10 Home 64-bit v20H2 desktop - Logitech Z906 5.1 speaker system |
