Winamp has no native feature to launch on startup. Check the Startup folder in the Start Menu and see if there is a Winamp icon in there.

Also, you can check to see if you have any plugins that are installed that might be telling Windows to launch Winamp at startup
(Preferences > Plugins > General. Look for "Time restore and auto play" or any other third party plugins.)

Otherwise, you can check msconfig.
Start > Run > msconfig > OK > Startup tab. Look for Winamp and uncheck it if it is there.
(WARNING: Do not uncheck anything else in here, unless you know exactly what they are).

Also you might want to disable
Winamp Agent

Options > Preferences > General Preferences > File Types

and uncheck the Winamp Agent box on the right bottom corner box.

Winamp agent starts on system startup and adds a small winamp icon on the system tray for quick access, it doesnt actually start winamp thou.
