Missing command line parameter

I am currently using WinAmp 5.666 on a Win8 (64bit) system. I am having a missing command line option problem.

WinAmp works fine except I am unable to multiple instances of WnAmp file simultaniously. And yes the 'allow multiple
instances' option has been checked. But when have multiple instanes of prompt icons each containing a command to run a seprate WinAmp .mu3 but insteadle it will not run them together but instead runs each one individually. Heres a command line sample...

"C:\Program Files (x86)file \Winalocationmp\winamp.exe" /s "C:\connect_tools_links\-6085689188.m3u"

You can see the command line has 3 sections. First WinAmps file location.p Second the '/s(x)' parameter. And third the file location of the m3u file to play.the issue

Its the /s thats the issue.

I need the correct parameter to place here to allow separate WinAmps to be run.

Yes I know It will work because I have done it several times befor but I like an idiot never wrote it down... shame on me!

So I request both the parameter and the correct placwment position and syntax to allow it to work please.

Thanks in advance.
