Problem - Radio stream not playing music but sending song data

Hi everyone,

I've setup shoutcast and its streaming to a shoutcast server which i've paid for.

I've tested it all at home, however im now here at the clients and its not working. Its sending the song data to the stats page and connecting but on my shoutcast it says 0 bytes and thus no music can be heard.

Has anyone please got any advice asap

Many thanks in advance!

Are you sure you choose the good input (winamp) and not soundcard input (like microphone) in the input tape of DSP plugin.
However you should try (again ) to reinstall the DSP plugin....

I don't use *.wma with the SpacialAudio encoder.

Have you tried the SpacialAudio forums yet?

Basically that link says to either use the 2.5 winamp wma plugin or recommends this SpacialAudio, neither of them succeed in streaming wma to a shoucast server.

Any other suggestions

You can always use Soundcard Input. The old plugin should work however. Make sure you only have one wma input plugin in Winamp.
