Unable to Login to Server Manager

Hello,
I am not sure what I am doing incorrectly. After setup, it sends me a page to create my first AuthHash, where a Login Box is opened.

I entered my USER ID (created during setup) and Passwords (I've tried every single password, source, admin, stream source, stream password) and none have worked.

I've even uninstalled and reinstalled to try to figure out what I am doing wrong.. please any help?
