Winamp fast forward / rewind time

I'd like to change winamp's default fast forward/rewind (with arrow keys) seek time from 5 seconds to 1 second.
I swear I've done this once already but I forgot

I know there was a plugin called repeater 0.1-1.0.7 (from DrO) floating around awhile back that worked up to winamp 5x but this is clearly not an option with Winamp 6x.

Can someone please help me out with this?
