Timer plugin?
Does anyone know if there's a plugin out there that will simply pause Winamp after a user-specified amount of time? I've tried a couple (specifically ShutDown Time by cltLe), but they either close Winamp or don't do anything after the certain time.

It's not a timer, but DrO's Playlist Separator plugin will do what you want, if stopping is ok instead of pausing.
To configure, go to options > plugins > input > double-click in_text.dll > check the box to stop playback when a separator is played. Then right-click a place in the playlist where you want playback to stop & insert a separator. See DrO's sig for a bunch of useful plugins. Best, p.s. The Kill Winamp timer will stop playback too. It's not a plugin but a program that runs outside of Winamp. It's been a long time since I used it so I can't say if it works with Winamp 5. Playlist Separator is what I use these days. |
