radio not playing..

hey the radio wont play on real player or wmp or winamp when i put it on the site. the players open but radio doesnt play.. these are the codes i used..you can also go check for yourself Click Here To Check it

Real Player..
rtsp://djluki.no-ip.info:8000 ( also tried it with /listen.pls in the end)

Winamp:
[playlist] numberofentries=1 File1=http://rijad.no-ip.info:8000 Title1=Shoutcast Server Length1=-1 Version=2

ok yea i know wahts wrong with the winamp one but waht about real player and wmp?

do i just name the link like listen.ram or do i put the rtsp: serverip:8000 ? i also tried both of these . this is the link i use <a href="listen.ram"> is that right? or do you have to do it any other way? plz help
