Neil's Thread

(My poor English,so there might be some mistake involved, please tell me.)

First to introduce myself:
I'm a Chinese student, will soon graduate from college,it is a General University, not famous.
My major is International Trade.

Unlike famous University, the most students are very idle, they finds fun in seeking casual joy and love all day long, they like play League of Legends(online game) or pc game offline.

I spend many time to listening to music(Jpop/ACG) and watch Japanese Tv-anime.
The past few days,I learn Photoshop essential course though online videos.

In china, people likes download mp3 online, then listening to music through portable music player (or smartphone)and desktop player on PC.

What do you think about China?

Wishful thinking? There are hackers in all industrial nations and some are government and/or industry sponsored in all industrial nations. Fight fire with fire...

Each country has its pros and cons, and an stating a single opinion about an entire country would both inaccurate, and say more about my knowledge of China than about the country itself.
Never been there, so I can't really say.

I've never been there myself, but I do know several people from China and others who have been there. I could have written an essay (pros & cons, but I'm not trying to be politically correct) and my comment is my opinion, but I do believe it states 2 facts. The same can be said for other nations as well, imo.

I think a lot of china's culture is very beautiful, same with a lot of the scenery, art and historical areas. I would love to visit there sometime. I am also an avid reader of books related to taoism, which originated in China.

I also love their food.

It means that I need to pm admin, and request administrators to change or delete the thread?

I think we don't know a lot about China.

I often wonder how much Americans are really aware of what is really going on in China. I would love to visit there. I know several Chinese immigrants who own businesses in my neck of the Philly woods, and they are great people. Very classy.

Never been to China so can't really say anything that is not an assumption but in my line of work i come in contact with a lot of tourists from all over the world and have met some good and some bad just like from any other country. Russians are still the worst we get over here, trying to drink alcohol while driving in snowmobile safaris or showing up drunk and shit like that.

Millions of donkeys 'beaten to death with hammers' to make traditional Chinese medicine

Donkeys as young as five-months-old are bashed on the head and die a slow, agonising death, all for an ingredient no one needs.

Beautiful, amazing country. Beautiful people. China is one of the worlds most amazing places with majestic natural, and man-made destinations, and mesmerizing beauty all around. Westerners (like me) need to know their wonderful neighbors on the other side of our small planet and fall in love with all humanity that is there.

Yeah, If I ever moved to live in China I would spend most of my time learning about the history since soo much happened over there over the course of centuries. The thing is even if I love China, have internet, have access to libraries and etc. It is still not possible to learn everything. Can you imagine what would it be like actually living there? I would be learning from everyone there everything they know haha
