Send a message via Skype™ to Brutish Sailor

So if I understand this right, the MP3 still remains intact, this .txt file just changes the metadata?

And what URL for the song title should I use?
For example if a station server is http://91.121.175.75:8000 the stream is accessed as http://91.121.175.75:8000/;stream.nsv and what about the song title?

Opening http://91.121.175.75:8000 in browser tells me that last songs are available at http://66.135.55.201:8000/played.html.

So should I parse that page OR is there any other easer way?
