Yeah, it's neat.

Also, so as not to start a new thread... Is there a way I can use my laptop's built in Wi-Fi as a hotspot for the DS? IE: Let the DS (and my friends DS's) connect to my laptop (without the recommended wifi router or the wifi USB thing for the DS) and play the games over the net?

In your case, it might cost less to spend the money on an installed in-vehicle fridge and buy the Dr. Pepper in bulk from the grocery store.
Maybe!

10-22 Ruger stainless. 4 boxes of Stingers. Bedding compound. Trijicon radium illuminated tactical site. Volquartsen Stainless match barrel. Ramline zytel folding stock. 2 -25 round mags. 1 50 round mag and a new strap.

From a bench rest, it seems to shoot < half inch groups at 50 yards.

I had a little problem.... Daisy... firing big rifles or shotguns really pisses her off, so I decided to make the plinking rifle from hell

I actually bought the folding stock in pre Clinton, pre assault weapon ban days, but it was a felony to put it on a post ban rifle until recently. Thank's George. I could really give a rat about the folding. It's an inch longer than the normal stock and fits me better.

Actually for < 100 yard shooting, this is the most accurate rifle I've ever owned. It oughta be. It's also the most expensive .22 I've ever seen.

Man, I love my gunsmith. He initially gave me some static, but when it was done... he changed his mind. Don't buy this match barrel unless you want to spend some money on gunsmith, it needs a tweak here or there. On a blued gun, use a Clarke, it's half the money, almost as good, will just bolt right on, but it doesn't come in stainless .

Why is that important?. I dunno, but it seemed like the plinking rifle from hell should be stainless. It took me 20 years to wear out my last 10-22, so why not?.

You should post some pics! Usually if I want a longer stock I wear a heavier jacket or buy a rubber extension.

I love .22 rifles because you can shoot all day and not waste too much money on ammo. Do they still sell bullets by the bucket? I haven't bought any for mine in a long time because my neighbor usually shows up with enough for a couple wars.

I never use bucket bullets. The only thing I ever use is CCI Stingers. They are still only a 10 cents a piece, but they are about 90% cleaner than cheap ammo. Plus they are hyper-velocity and have impact energy equivalent to a .38 handgun. I really like this trijicon site. Place the dot, and what you were pointing at get's shot. The windage and elevation are quick and perfect. I can kill pop cans 100% of the time at 125 meters. At 75, I can usually hit the bottom if the can to knock it up in the air, and shoot it again before it hits the ground. I got about $850 in this gun, but hell, it's match quality and a blast to shoot.

My card reader is on the fritz, but I'll post a pic soon.

And yeah, if you want to go cheap. Bi-Mart still sells 500 rounds for $10.

Vintage 1950s dress on eBay.
Before that, another vintage 1950s dress on eBay (both auctions ended today, pretty close together).

I admit to being a slavering vintage clothing addict, but I do have a good excu... I mean reason, to buy a lot of clothes right now. I recently dropped several dress sizes. I haven't been this size since I hit puberty and nothing I have fits. Dieticians rock!

I'm ordering a BB gun on Monday... ..My TV remote broke and I reckon my aim is good enough.

But I'm actually planning on using it as a prop, my old prop pistol got broken a while back and its a pain borrowing ones from the theatre when you have a production on.

Two tickets to the Dickies 500 at Texas Motor Speedway in November.
We're sitting where we have a great view of Turn 1, Turn 4, the start/finish line,
pit road exit, and the area where all the pre-race ceremonies take place.
Plus we're sitting facing the JumboTron so we can watch replays of wrecks and stuff.

One of few non-fictional books actually worth reading...
