experinced skiner needed

i'm looking for a advanced to expert skinner who could make a skin for me
i have a basic design in mind but no skills or resources and

skin info:
it's a modern skin with animation when it loads and a single animated translucent or sudo-translucent drawer
the orb in the middle would have the song title scrolling across and the buttons would be below it with play /pause being the smaller connecting orb the vol and track would be on the left part of the ring vol on the top half and track on bottom (preferably with 0 vol and track time in the close to the middle)
the play list ,equalizer,color themes, and track info would be tabbed in the drawer. the drawer would move in or out just by clicking the semicircle edge
the media library would be the only thin in a different window
here's the main window (about 75% true scale)


and this is the media library idea but if u can think of a better 1 that also looks good with the main window go for it

You just have to grab HTML code Youtube provide, and paste it to your website on the desired spot.
