Shoutcast - delay

Hello, we are radio broadcasts via shoutcast the following scheme:

Microphone -> Shoutcast Transcoder -> Shoutcast -> Internet

Please tell me how to fix a delay in shoutcast.
We plan to broadcast radio in real time,
but we are delayed from the time as a master to say "Hi" and before the customer hears a "hello" about 6-10 seconds,
We also need that would delay or even nebylo was, with a maximum 1-2 seconds.

Change the settings only here:

sc_trans:
encoder = mp3
bitrate = 128000
samplerate = 44100
channels = 1

shoutcast:
MetaInterval = 4096

Other settings are standard ...

shoutcast has a delay ... I'm surprised it's as low as 6 seconds, I'd guess 15 minimum ...the design of DNAS is to provide streams free of interruption ... the closer you get to zero delay, the greater the chance of dropouts

"If you don't like DNAS, write your own damn system"

So I did
