Like this one? Just get the latest Photoshop software...I know its a long learning curve but it will save you tons of money in the future from having to pay others.

You should spend the money on a logo. A logo is what has to define your station to the public sector and you want it to be just right.

If you cant afford Photoshop, get a program called Pixia.
