Desktop clock

Hi folks!

After being away for several years, I'm back to skinning art.
Here is my new baby.

Originally not intended to be a skin, but I wanted a clock on my desktop, so I built it. No bells and whistles, only the basic and every-day-use functions are present. No video, visualisation nor coverart window, BUT :
* Gives time and date of the day
* Shows the moon phasis
* Integrated calendar for past, present and future periods

Fully resizeable from 32x 32 pix to full screen.

Take it not as a skin showing a clock, but as a clock which can play your music.

Feel free to reuse or modify the makis, the source files are included in the skins. Except for the clock, cause an error occured while uploading, I had to remove some file in order to upload successfully. If interesting someone, I can post the .m files here.

I'm fed up with the alien looking, poor graphics or dark skins, so I tried to design original concepts with never-seen-before graphics and animations. If you like or dislike their look, it's a matter of personal taste and I won't argue this point, but you can't deny my skins are unique. And I can tell you some functions and anims have been quite tricky to code, like the appearing / disappearing smoke and the variable ticker speed in Steamed Up, or the background anim using vis in Würlitzer.

Yeah DeviantArt is quite picky about files, I couldn't upload my last skin there, but I suspect from a couple of .exe I had to use. If you can please upload the .m files on this thread, I think it'll let you without any problem at all.

Kepler is one of the weirdest skins I have ever tried (thank you)
It is fine company for the Space Invader skin by Flattmatt

I missed that part when replying before, was it added after I replied?
You're right, that's what I meant when talking about the code, the aesthetic is from a specification time period so it won't obviously like everyone, but the code is timeless.. Specially on Winamp skinning, trust me, I know what it means to spent hours solving one single line of code only to achieve a very specific effect or behaviour

No, there isn't. That's one of the reasons why I'm urging skinners to move to WinCustomize.

Hi folks

Deviantart is now a piece of crap, I don't like their new site, but it's the only one I know which keeps the uploaded files without time limit. I just registered on Wincustomize to move my skins there, but I can't login, even after my account has been activated. Will retry tomorrow.

This skin was uploaded to WinCustomize on March 13, 2001 and it is still there: 21st Century

Why move? You can have them at both sites.

I hope it is just a temporary issue. WinCustomize is the last great customization site to host Winamp skins. It would be sad if it got broken.

If I need to share files I just give a link to my google drive etc.

People should use their own free blog and link to downloads hosted from their own free web drives.
Then share on customisation sites as a way to promote and as a disposable mirror.
20 years down the road you have more chance of being in control of your own blog and contents and it still existing.

I really like your updated skin. It is a nice touch putting playback controls on the coverart window. The only thing missing is a pop-up notifier, imo.
