I found this Windows message by mistake while doing some R&D for an update to one of my plugins:
PHP Code:
UINT Msg=RegisterWindowMessage("WinampSongChange");
Is this a message that is directly registered by the core of Winamp and not by any other plugin?

If so, how many versions back does it go and how reliable is it?

Would it be safe for a plugin developer to use in their plugin or is this something exclusively for the use of Winamp internals?

I'm sorry if this has already been asked before but the forums search engine rejected the search term "WinampSongChange" as "...either very common, too long, or too short..."
