Stream down and won't work after reboot

Hi it's been over an hour since the stream went down.

I've done a reboot and still nothing. Really didn't want to reboot until later tonight when I'm finished with the live encoder as now I have to wait 24hrs. That wouldn't be a problem if my planner resumed after using an encoder, but it still doesn't do so and hasn't done for many months.

I did send an email when it first went down today btw. Thanks
