Can you please help us with Shoutcast Server, it is installed on https://107.174.68.177:8000 ... what now? Is there any online tutorial? We tried Youtube but nothing there

what is the next steps?
how to configure radio stream?
how to get https://techno.rs:8000 stream domain and port ?
