We have Software Premium and no LicenceID
Hello, we have subscribed on October 2021 to the Shoutcast Software Premium, we are using Azuracast for our radio automation, But, although we have an userid, we've never received our licenseID allowing us to benefit from the advantages of premium services and we have no more news from the support ... what should we do? Thank you...

Normally you see the licenseID in your Radiomanager at your UserID. Is there none there?
