If your email address is listed anywhere on the net or on other people's pc then it's possible you'll be hit with them.

Your friend probably used your e-mail address to sign up for pr0n accounts, in which case reciprocity is morally permissible.

I get about 20 messages a day - mostly spam. Only about 5 are useful.

The worst my inbox has ever been was when that one guy that got banned from here e-mailed me 2490 times.

back on topic...

it's not the amount that worries me, its the subjects. my spam went from "the ultimate addition to your computer music software", which is acceptable, to "multiply your mortgage rates overnight!", which is still acceptable, but now kind of worrying, to "new penis enlargement technology will make it grow by at least 10 inches... garanteed!!!!". at this point i'm freaking out. this all happened happen within two or three days. i dont like these people who run internet componies!!!
