I am having an I.P. conflict.

I am helping my father set up an online radio station from home. I have already set up (or so I thought) the server. I am, however, unable to access the songs that I stream. The I.P. that is displayed is the I.P. for my router, even though I forwarded the port this morning. I have the I.P. for my computer as the I.P. of the server in the configuration file, but I still cannot hear the songs that I stream, neither from the computer I am streaming from or any other device. (The speakers for each device are working).

Does anyone have any idea, or hopefully a solution?
