I must disappoint you: Winamp is not able to handle .svg-files.

This ability would be a dream for every skinner ... believe me.

If i want this icon in svg is for to asssociat these filetype pls,m3u in my linux system.

You could download this Winamp Icon Pack and try it. I am sure it's still a better solution than all those oldfashioned standard icons.
