Trouble getting current song on track change

I have the following code to detect when playback stops, and I'm trying to get the name of the song that will be stopped. However, the string that's returned is the name of the NEW file (when I double-click a song in a playlist, for example) - is there another message/parameter I should be looking for?

you'd be better caching the file from IPC_PLAYING_FILE(W) so you've got the file which was started.
