Winamp Browser ignores Audio Output Plugin

Posted it in the wrong section before on accident, whoops.
The playlist will play through the Audio Output just fine, but the Winamp browser seems to completely ignore it which is making it a bit difficult.

I'm trying to make all of Winamp output to the input for VoiceMeeter, which the playlist does, however it seems all other plugins besides the playlist, including the Big Bentobox browser, output to the default sound device.

All of the Winamp components output thru the selected output plug-in. If you are using the DirectSound output plug-in, then the "Device" tab in it's configuration options lets you select the sound device to be used from a list of the sound devices that Windows recognizes.
