Charged twice for Pro

I just purchased pro, the first time i went to submit it told me there was a server error. So I entered in my information again and this time received a code, but I checked my statement and I've been charged twice for it. I went to Winamp customer support but get this message "We are sorry, an unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again. " How do I get a refund. I have the order number for the code I did not use

Luckily, your forum email is the same as your Pro registered email,
so I've already cancelled/refunded the duplicate order for you.
