when i open winamp it gives me an error. can anyone help me ?

When i open winamp it shows me some error like The procedure entry point _except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.

If i press OK winamp continues to work fine without any problems.
I tried to reinstall winamp, to change my skin, evan to reinstall windows with Ghost 11.
Nothing helps! Anybody had the same problem ?

Same here, seems to be a System32 DLL error.
Tryed disabling the dll's recommended in another post, no luck.
After hitting okay on the error, Winamp comes up fine.
Just can't figure this out?

forgot to say that i`m using XP 64bit Edition....
