Help With Shoutcast

please help, me and my mate wanna set up a radio station, i copied his connection details and ebtered them into shoutcast,m began streaming, but we could fine the address for him to connect and listen, so we used the address he gave me to listen to him before, but it still didnt work. can sumone please tell me how to do it?

Please describe who has the DNAS and who has the Winamp/DSP combo.

Whoever has the DNAS needs to, if applicable, use the lan ip of the DNAS to connect/listen.

Folks not on the same lan as the DNAS need to use the real, worl-visible ip of the DNAS to connect/listen.
