IP issues, or banned

Hi there, I just signed up with a server company, and the server they gave me is banned. It seems that the last customer using that server was violating some rules (I don't really know) but I would like to know how to get it unbanned.

The ip address is 66.17.214.84 and I was just placed on it about 5 minutes ago. They don't have any other servers open right now, and so I'm wondering what's the quickest way to alert some shoutcast admin's about my situation so that I can use the service...

Thank you anyone who can be of assistance!
Ciao,
Owen

Assistance? How about this: Demand a refund and take your business elsewhere. Your server company is responsible for their servers, not you.

How do I get it unbanned? They obviously are contacting shoutcast about it, but I am wondering if there is a faster way. Cuz I'm moving soon and am needing the server up for about 24 hours.

Thanks for the reply though!

you need to read what dotme just told you, you don't need to do shit, your hosting company needs to refund you or put you on another subnet

unless
you are the one who did break rules --> http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....hreadid=187583

Each Thursday a new show on Celtica Radio with Darkwave music.

Nope, it's not a radiostation just a non stop darkwave music stream

I removed the ban, the ban reason that was put there I didn't really understand. If banned again it stays put, etc.
